KATHPENCIL is a recognized interior and exterior design firm with expertise in residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, healthcare and beauty projects. Based in Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka, KATHPENCIL was established in 2012 by Faysal Mukut, who has become a prominent expert in the industry. The Design Group combines extraordinary talent and global experiences to create spaces that can be as “cutting edge” or “timeless” as the exceptionality of each of its clients.

Whether it is a prestigious office, luxury home, casual cafe or an upscale restaurant, event (we do for recreation of our team members) our teams of interior decorators are equally at ease to carry out any type of project from initial planning to final implementation. One of our primary responsibilities as interior designers and decorators is to focus on all of the key elements in your home or office space. The next step is to create a functional environment in each of these elements that optimizes space and finally, create a unique design solution that relates to the client’s vision while maintaining a balance between functionality and aesthetics. With experience in both the commercial and residential projects, our ranges of clients include hotels, restaurants, offices and bars to apartments, and landed properties. The Way We Work

After receiving a brief, we will do a completely unique initial presentation for the client: this will include a furniture layout and mood boards indicating the exact furniture and fabrics we propose to use as well as giving visual examples of the “look” we think will work best. We will also do an itemized quote. This meeting will allow the client to make any desired changes, additions, etc. and then the client decide what they would like to proceed with. KATHPENCIL will then arrange an installation date or period that suits the client, and completely oversee and manage all deliveries and furniture placement. We also offer to accessories the entire house, hotel or office with artwork, mirrors, rugs, smalls, etc.
